It's been discussed at the F2F and we had a ballot on this:

As you can see, the group's preference is for  10/28 and 10/29. We will
finalize the decision on the call on Monday (agenda coming soon).

Hi folks:

The WSRF TC decided to hold our next F2F in Cupertino, CA on October
26-27 (Tue/Wed).  I'm in the midst of making some plans around that area
and I'm wondering if the WSN TC is going to do the usual co-location
thing and have a F2F on the 28-29.  Has this been discussed at all?
