Per AI on the 8/16 call, here is a suggested
text to appear as part of the Subscribe request description. This applies
to the InitialTermination time component of the Subscribe Request message,
and will appear as a paragraph somewhere amongst current lines (453-466).

"The subscriber should take care
when choosing a value for InitialTermination, and any subsequent values
that modify the TerminationTime property of the subscription. It is RECOMMENDED
that the subscriber choose termination time values that are significantly
(one or two orders of magnitude) greater than the network latency expected
in the interaction between the subscriber and the NotificationProducer."
