RE: [wsrf] Actions to resolve issues 21 and 32

Here is for the action item I have to propose a way to solve issue 23:

Simply remove the GetResourceProperty and GetMultipleResourceProperties
operations and replace them with URIs that represent them as dialects,
as used by QueryResourceProperties.
