Issue: SG WSDL use of XPath

Tooling spotted the following:

[java] [Error] WS-ServiceGroup.wsdl:23:173: c-general-xpath: The
expression './*MembershipContentRule               [namespace-uri()
='http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsrf/2004/06/wsrf-WS-ServiceGroup-1.2-draft-
01.xsd']'  is not valid with respect to the XPath subset supported by
XML Schema.

Looks like this is not allowed by the subset of XPath that is valid in
XML Schema. We would like to suggest the simpler (and valid)
xpath="./wssg:MembershipContentRule".
