Start time of Conference Call

Chairs, All,

Would it be possible for all the members 
to change the start time of the teleconference 1 hour earlier 
from this month?

Since daylight saving time has ended on last Sunday, 
the time difference between East coast (EST) and 
Japan (JST) is 10 hours, 
so the time of the teleconference is 2:00am - 3:30am in Japan. 

One more Hitachi guy is going to attend the teleconference 
as a Prospective Member from this month. 
It's a little hard for us Japanese to join the conference.
