I corrected the first problem (wsrf-rp namespace declaration) in the latest
version of ResourceLifetime.wsdl here:
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrf/download.php/10732/wsrf-WS-ResourceLifetime-1.2-draft-05.a.wsdl

The second problem is recorded as issue wsrf85.
