New interop scenario description document

As discussed in the telecon on Monday 13th, the document describing the new
WSRF Interop scenarios based on a 'Printer' WS Resource has been loaded
onto the TC web site here:

This document is now ready for review by the TC. Note that the some of the
material in the scenarios will be used for the WSRF Primer, and I will
carry any corrections/suggestions/additions made to this document forward
into the Primer. Thanks in advance for any time you spend on it.

The latest versions of the wsdl and xsd files describing this WSRF Printer
are:

These have been tested for code generation and avoid the use of xsd:include
themselves. However , they are based on the latest stable spec wsdls/xsd
(the 2004/11 versions) which do use include - manual editting of the specs
may be needed for some tools.
