Martin,
I think that would be a reasonable thing to consider for future ballots.
This ballot is executing what we discussed on the last telecon (where we
disussed "a ballot" for adopting the committee specs).

I would like to suggest that where there are multiple specifications up
for a vote, that a separate ballot be set up for each spec. As It stands
I cannot choose to vote yes on one and no on another; I'm not saying I
will, but it's nice to have the choice.
