Tom,

I find it bizarre to leave a meeting I did not attend with an action item. 
  This is worsened in this case because, as I mentioned to you privately, I 
was on vacation all of this past week and was unable to complete any work 
against this action item.  If I had been working, I would have been more 
likely to review the latest document as a whole.

We are still publishing documents faster than they can be reviewed 
end-to-end (checking the individual changes ignores the likelihood they 
introduce new inconsistencies).  I am not even sure the document Iwasa 
published just after the last teleconference reflects everything agreed 
during that meeting.  Is it the document we are voting for on Tuesday?
