I have begun to rough out an agenda.
My sense is to plan each day to be shorter than what we have done in the
past to avoid mental fatigue setting in. I would therefore propose that
we stay at 4 days, but drop to a 10-4 schedule. This would also allow us
to extend days when we need to without it getting to be such a long day.

   Have you put together a rough agenda for the F2F yet?  In
thinking 
about it I am not sure we have 3 and 1/2 days of work to accomplish  [2
1/2 feels more right].  What is your sense?  If we don't will
we shorten 
the F2F so folks can return on Wednesday?  Or will we merely have
shorter days [Say 10-4] to take advantage of the [presumably] nice LA 
Spring?   I ask because I want to make reservations and need to know
whether to return Wednesdaay afternoon or Thursday.
