Yes, I agree, we should discuss this in tomorrow's meeting.

I also like to see that we have short specs for:

1) Usage Scenarios for WS-Security version 1.
2) Conformance Profiles
3) Interoperability and Test-bed plans 

I don't think it is sufficient to assume that the usage scenarios
in a road-map document (produced outside the TC) is going to 
be sufficient although certainly we could formally review them
to make such determination.

    As many had expressed today, I think we should have a non normative
Primer as one of our formal deliverables. The App Notes would be a good
start.
