Colleagues - Attached is v0.8 of the language proposal. Please get familiar with it in time for our discussions on Monday.
There is a problem with the syntax of the example in Section 3; I am clearly misusing the xsi:type designator. I hope you can look past this minor shortcoming, and assume that we will find a way of correcting the problem.
