Actually, I just pointed out that long distance charges would apply. I won't be able to cover the cost. Maybe whoever is requesting to dial in can cover the cost. If it's only one person, maybe they can call direct?
 
I think a flip chart would be helpful. Sometimes hotel conference facilities provide them. If not, I'd be willing to chip in if Bill had to buy one and bring it with him. I think I have a collapsible flip chart stand I could bring on the plane with me if you just want to pick up the paper and markers.

Just so there's no confusion:  do you mean an overhead projector, or a projector that we can plug our laptops into?  (The latter would be preferable.)

As well, a white board or a flip chart (anything that allows free-form drawing/writing that would be visible to everyone in the room) would be great.


Sounds great.  Note that (as Ken mentioned on the call this morning), there will be a long-distance phone charge if we do have some dial-in time.  I *think* Ken said that Crosslogix might be able to cover this, but we need to confirm...
