Subject: Re: [xcbf] conference call outcome
I think we need to follow OASIS TC procedure as an OASIS TC. If the TC is willing to create a working group or subcommittee, that would be great but the informal creation of a group as you suggest without TC approval is outside of the OASIS procedures as I understand.
