From your list that Bryan posted, the primaries were already nudged by a TC owner or their contact in the following cases:
So I would not ping them again unless they fail to vote by the end of this week.
The following do not have XLIFF TC owners, so you have free form:
In case of Huawei you should be aware that Felix Sasaki asked the W3C AC re to notify their OASIS representative.
We did not hear from Mr. Sun if he notified Fang You, so I guess it should be OK to notify directly.
