[xliff-schemas] Multi Schema Validator...

Hi all,

I finally got a look at the Multi Schema Validator tool. It supports W3C Schema, 
DTD, Relax, Relax NG, and TREX schema types, but unfortunately, it does not 
support Schematron. 

It is primarily a validation library: out of the box, it does not do schema 
translation. However, it does have a nice API to the schema grammars, it 
compiles, so it could be used as the basis of schema translation tool. It would 
not be a trivial task to build this though, IMO.

Not what we were hoping for, but useful all the same.
