Yes, it is time to put in our copyright notices -- others are starting to 
look at our work!

(BTW, has "legal" given any thought to a simpler 1-line notice, which is a 
hyperlink to the full notice?  It seems excessive to have to put a 50-line 
hunk of legalese into a 10-line DTD fragment.)
