The OASIS Board sets up the committee and chooses the chair.
We made the motion and passed it based on who had been acting
in that capacity.

There is something more important here to discuss.  I don't believe that
the
xml.org advisory committee ever voted Michael to be its chairman.  Bob
Sutor
was a temporary chairman, but that doesn't make the job IBM's to pass down
to whomever it chooses.
