Attached is a draft of the revisions to the AMQP TC charter (as part of the re-chartering effort). Please review and provide your comments particularly on the proposed scope of work by July 25 if possible. We need to add more details on the scope of work on the various deliverables (global addressing, resource management, re-authentication, federation, and any other specs we care to enlist).

Note, you can for now ignore the supplemental non-normative information (about statements of support, first F2F meeting, etc.) in section 2 that follows the charter; these can be filled in later.
