Yes, _please_ remove them.

To have the 'AMQP Version 1.0' page list 'Related Profiles' whose links 
are broken and whose target documents have dubious relevance anyway does 
not give a good impression. The aspirational 'state by October 2011' is 
very misleading.

If there is a desire to exhibit in-progress work their status should be 
made very clear and they should be listed on a distinct (set of) page(s).
