Xyvision Enterprise Solutions and HyperVision Announce Strategic Partnership
and Joint XML Development Agreement

XyEnterprise and HyperVision Will Jointly Develop and Market XML Software
Applications for Growing XML Editorial and Content Management Market

READING, MA - July 14, 2000 - Xyvision Enterprise Solutions, Inc.
(XyEnterprise), a leading developer of XML content management and publishing
software, announced today a strategic partnership with HyperVision, Ltd,
Chicago, IL. Under the terms of this agreement, XyEnterprise and HyperVision
will jointly develop and market several XML related technologies including
the extension of Hyper Vision's WorX product to focus on bridging the
gap between unstructured data and XML in a broad editorial environment.

As part of this agreement, XyEnterprise will make capital available to
HyperVision to accelerate the development of the WorX technology
for XML content creation for use with XyEnterprise's XML Professional
Publisher, Parlance Content Manager, and Content@ software.

Center in San Francisco. XyEnterprise will be in booth 2309 in the main
exhibit area and also in booth 3010 in the XML publishing area.
HyperVision will be exhibiting in booth 2942 in the e-content area.
