SAN DIEGO, Nov. 3, 2000 -- Chrystal Software, a Xerox New Enterprise
Company, and Ecosystems Design, Inc., have entered a strategic partnering
agreement to provide state-of-the-art technology for the XML content
management market. Powered by Chrystal Software's Eclipse and Ecosystems'
Environment(tm), the solution offers an intuitive user experience that
simplifies the entire process for authors and content creators.  On-line
learning will be the first of many vertical markets to immediately benefit
from the Chrystal/Ecosystems integration.

Environment, Ecosystems' XML component management system, is the first
