interface for XML Canon/Developer EA. (See below for instructions.)  XML
Canon/Developer is a limited Early Access version of the product for testing
on a Windows platform with Oracle or SQL Server database support.
Additional functionality and platform support (i.e. Solaris, UNIX, Linux,
DB2, Sybase) will be added in upcoming releases.
