The information flow in the Internet increases constantly. At the same
time, XML is becoming the most valid standard format. Therefore, there
must be applications that can process the XML data in order to respond
to the users' demands. Despite the several benefits of XML, it is not
particularly easy to use with different applications. XML demands
parsing and validation as well as other operations, which consume time
and resources. 
 
Republica has developed X-Fetch Performer for parsing XML data. In the
development work, Republica had paid special attention to the speed and
performance factors. X-Fetch Performer is extremely fast and efficient,
and it also consumes less memory than the standard solutions. 
 
X-Fetch Performer is for parsing data from XML documents and forwarding
it to other software components, which do not have to be XML compatible.
The source material can be used in any desired way. The procedures are
defined in the Map file and they can be reused. X-Fetch Performer
controls the information flow - it works in the source data, while other
components can focus in processing the data given by X-Fetch Performer.
