SANTA MONICA, Calif., March 21, 2005 - SOA Software(tm), (formerly

Jnan Dash, a 25 year veteran of IBM and Oracle has joined the company as
Chief Technology Advisor (CTA).  Dash will provide SOA Software with
valuable technology direction and leadership to benefit its growing

As Group Vice President of Systems Architecture and Technology at
Oracle, Dash focused on the planning, strategy and solution delivery of
Oracle's core products. While at Oracle, sales grew from $1B to over
$10B during his first eight years.  Prior to Oracle, Dash spent 16 years
at IBM as a key member of the original team that developed DB2 for
mainframe computers and DB2 for UNIX and NT. Additionally, he led IBM's
database architecture, strategy and technology group at the Silicon
Valley Laboratory in San Jose. Dash, a well-known author and conference
speaker, has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Masters Degree in
Systems Design from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
