About 2 weeks ago I sent you a request for meeting space at XML22004 for the BCM TC (for Wed 11/17 am, 9-Noon). When do you anticipate confirming the meeting rooms?

 

On behalf of another TC, the ebXML-bp, we would like to know 1) when do you need to have requests in to you for meeting space, and 2) is teleconferencing available in the meeting rooms and what is the cost?
