It was agreed that Ken prepares a committee specification draft 01 for the TC to vote on as CSD01 at the next meeting.
SMP 1.0 MAINTENANCE
It was agreed that the TC prepared a Committee Specification Draft 02 for SMP 1.0 containing a section on caching of SMP records, correction on the use of HTTPS, and a clarification on the use of extensions. It was discussed
that the envisioned changes are non-material in nature why publishing of a Committee Specification 02 would not require a public review.
Kenneth to prepare CSD 02 with clarification on the use of extensions and correction on the use of HTTPS, and Erlend to finish the text on the caching of SMP records to be included in the document
OASIS OPEN SOURCE REPOSITORY
Kenneth had been in contact with TC Admin, who informed about a new OASIS Open Source Repository that is freely available for the development of open source software based on TC specifications. It was discussed that there are already several open source
implementations of BDXR specifications, and if one implementation would choose to make use of the OASIS open source repository it could be seen as if the TC was in some way endorsing or giving legitimacy to that implementation over other implementations. The
TC therefore decided not to offer the OASIS repository to users of its specifications.
Kenneth is preparing the LinkedIn group "donated" by OpenPEPPOL to include descriptions, rules etc. in accordance to OASIS policies and recommendations. The LinkedIn group is available here:
