MEETING MINUTES OF BDXR TC PACIFIC CALL 28 MARCH 2018 ATTENDANCE Jens Aabol Todd Albers Kenneth Bengtsson (chair) Erlend Klakegg Bergheim Sven Rasmussen Regrets received in advance: Ken Holman REVIEW OF PACIFIC CALL MINUTES There were no comments to the Pacific call minutes. UPDATE ON THE XHE PROJECT AND PUBLIC REVIEW Review of XHE element names require an additional iteration by the project group. Agreed to request TC Admin to cancel the pending ticket for publication of committee specification
and public review. SMP 2.0 Erlend proposed to place the SMP redirect element inside the ProcessMetadata, so that the SMP may choose to redirect requests based on the process. All participants at the meeting
agreed on this solution, and the data model was updated: It was agreed to include the discussion about the RoleID as a separate agenda item on the call being coordinated for discussing the business directory specification in order to have
all interested participants on the call together. BUSINESS DIRECTORY SPECIFICATION Agreed to schedule a joint meeting with interested participants from both the Pacific and the Atlantic calls to have a broad discussion about a BDXR Business Directory specification
and its use case(s). Kenneth to send out a Doodle with possibilities for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday next week accommodating both Australia and Europe. ANY OTHER BUSINESS Sven announced that he will be resigning from the TC due to a reorganization of activities and responsibilities in Denmark, resulting in PEPPOL and related OASIS activities (BDXR and
UBL) being assigned to a different government agency. The TC anonymously approved an _expression_ of gratitude to Sven for his active participation and contributions to the TC and for the preceding work leading to the formation of the TC. Sven has been part
of the workgroup and contributed to 4-corner model specifications and standards for more than a decade, since the initial PEPPOL project activities, and for the past 6 years as secretary for the BDXR TC. MEETING SCHEDULE Pacific calls are held every second Tuesday at 21.00 EST (Wednesday night UTC). Atlantic calls are held every second Wednesday at 17.00 CET.
