Just a reminder that inputs are coming due
on the items identified below. The INCITS ballot on the last item has now
been posted and closes on 25 Feb (however, we must agree on our inputs at our
next meeting). Also, a reminder that our next telecon is
scheduled for 12:30pm eastern time on Wed, 21 Feb. Regards, CT From: Tilton, Cathy BIAS TC participants – The current revision of the BIAS
Messaging Protocol document (Editor’s draft 0.7) was posted on 17
January. At the January meeting, gaps in the document were reviewed and
Clause 6 (currently entitled “Identification of BIAS Endpoints and
Applications) was identified as a gap. It was discussed that this section
should be expanded to contain information related to how to host, publish, and
discover BIAS services. However, contributions are needed in this area. This is a call for contributions to
Clause 6. Contributions are needed by 9
Feb 2006 and should be sent to the editor (ash.parikh@rainingdata.com). Additionally, all participants are
asked to review and comment on the complete document, located at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/bias/download.php/21844/bias-1%200-biasmp-ed-07.pdf
and associated WSDL located at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/bias/download.php/21845/bias.wsdl
also by 9 Feb. As a heads up, the ballot version of
the INCITS BIAS document (Rev 4) is has been posted to the M1 website (http://www.incits.org/tc_home/m1htm/2006docs/m1061071.pdf).
TC participants are asked to review and comment on that as well (by 15 Feb). Comments should be sent to
