I suggest changing the following sentence in the Statement of Purpose:

"The TC Editor is a role that is occupied by one or more TC members."

to:

"The TC Editor is a role that is occupied by the members of the Editors
Subcommittee."

The current wording implies that any TC member can act as editor whether or
not he is a member of the Editors SC.  I think that anybody who wants to act
as editor should first be required to become a member of the Editors SC.

Moreover, I suggest we add the following sentence to the end of the same
paragraph:

"The Issues Editor is also a member of the Editors Subcommittee."

or reword the existing sentence equivalently.
