updated charter points

BTP Specification Sub-Committee Charter [SECOND DRAFT]

The charter of the specification sub-committee is to:

1. decide on document formats (perhaps adopting the security services TC
work[1])
2. appoint editors
3. gather material written by other groups (esp model and messaging
sub-committees)
4. make available draft specifications
5. ensure that each definition within the specifications maps explicitly to
a documented requirement
6. record feedback on draft specifications and pass on to other groups
7. publish final specifications
8. maintain errata
