BTP Issue 86 : Reply address on CONTEXT, target address on CONTEXT_REPLY

Description:
There appears to be a need for a reply address on CONTEXT as an abstract message, to be the target address of CONTEXT_REPLY. For one-way application messages and a CONTEXT/atom, the CONTEXT_REPLY must be sent back somewhere.

When CONTEXT is sent in relation to an application request in a request/reply protocol, there normally won't need to be a reply address on the CONTEXT, as the CONTEXT_REPLY will be sent on the application response.
