[bt-spec] Node state information submission from Choreology

Dear Colleagues,

 

I have produced an input to the Committee towards the resolution of Issue 89.  I have worked on this independently of others (I was working at home yesterday) and had it ready last night, but held of sending until this morning (UK time).

 

It is in the form of an Annex which could be slotted straight in on the back of the present BTP specification draft.

 

I have noted an independent submission from Geoff Brown, but I wanted to get this of to you all and have not had a chance to look through that yet, so I hope there is no conflict!
