Draft 0.3a

Hi,

I've done some general housekeeping work on the draft spec, and several
pages of  overview sections that are worth distributing, so 0.3a is
attached.

I am working away on further sections (starting with completion of
Actors, Roles and Relationships, and Terminology, renamed Glossary), and
will keep feeding these on to the list as 03.b, 0.3c etc. Expect more
tomorrow.

Sanjay is working on sequence diagrams that will much improve the
presentation in the sections I've written text on, and I am figuring out
the technicalities of incorporating these.

Peter is revising the abstract message set and state tables in light of
Sanjay's simplification while away at an OMG meeting, so should have
that in place in spec for start of next week.
