We and the HP people (or at least Mark) are coming from the UK (6000 miles
+), and Bill Cox from New Jersey to California for the omg web-services
meeting at the beginning of March - and many of us again for Java One. Are
we really contemplating three trips to the west coast in 5 weeks ?

It would be easy to have a meeting in the week of the web-services meeting,
before or after, since lots of us will be in the same hemisphere and the
same coast.

Pushing things back to the beginning of April risks adding 6 weeks or more
delay, which may well not be necessary. The purpose of the meeting is to
work out the final text, not just bless it !

I've produced a pre-draft of the model/rationale section - we wanted to get
the opportunity to talk about this to Bill and Bill in Boston on Friday,
before distributing it generally - I hope and expect to send it (revised)
out on the list during next week. At a rough (and personal) count, that
should cover around 35 of the remaining issues, then there's something like
a dozen of any substance, many of those probably simple.
