- Define a suitable date, keeping in mind a promotional lead time of at least 3-4 weeks.
- Select the webinar platform, with a preference for the OASIS Zoom platform.
- Outline the webinar format, considering options like standalone presentations, moderated panel discussions, Q&A sessions, etc.
- Discuss key topics and seek potential volunteers for content creation.
- Identify potential moderator and/or speaker(s) for the webinar.
- Explore the possibility of adding CACAO-related questions to the registration form (e.g., familiarity with CACAO, usage of CACAO playbooks, etc.).
