CACAO webinar description and next steps

Attached is the draft text for our first CACAO webinar. We are tentatively planning to host the webinar during the first two weeks of March. This will be followed by a more technical deep dive webinar featuring CACAO implementations in the April/May timeframe.Â

Next steps will be to secure a date/time and identify a moderator and speaker(s). Please reach out to me directly if you'd like to be involved in this next step.

Webinar Discussion Points:
Define a suitable date, keeping in mind a promotional lead time of at least 3-4 weeks.
Select the webinar platform, with a preference for the OASIS Zoom platform.
Outline the webinar format, considering options like standalone presentations, moderated panel discussions, Q&A sessions, etc.
Discuss key topics and seek potential volunteers for content creation.
Identify potential moderator and/or speaker(s) for the webinar.
Explore the possibility of adding CACAO-related questions to the registration form (e.g., familiarity with CACAO, usage of CACAO playbooks, etc.).
Your active participation is instrumental in shaping an engaging webinar. I look forward to working with you all.
