Thanks to Adrian for creating WD07.

I uploaded a revision to WD07. The revision contains a few minor fixes 
to the front page matter (editorial). The new revised WD07 doc link is:

Since we are planning on created our next CSD (CSD02), I also uploaded a 
zip file:

This zip file contains the clean version of WD07 (pdf, word, html) and 
diff-ed version of WD07 (pdf, word, html). The diff is wrt WD02, which 
is our CSD01.

For a resolution to create CSD02, we ought to refer to this zip file. 
This is what the TC Admin needs to create the CSD.

CSD01 did include fixes for 7, 12, 13, 15, 24 and 33. The issues that

I suggest we *not* include resolutions that are passed during our next 
meeting in CSD02. They can be included in the CSD03. Otherwise the 
editors will have to create a zip file for approval during the meeting. 
Always a chance that the editors might screw up ;-) Since there is no 
urgency, the issues resolved in the next meeting can wait for the next 
CSD-train.
