Good minutes, especially the level of detail on WDOM implementations.  One 
correction about W3C Process...

Draft minutes says:  "To satisfy W3C requirements for PR, in addition to 
the draft specification there needs to be 2 complete implementations and 
test suite."

Correction:  there needs to be two implementations of each feature, but not 
necessarily two complete implementations.  So if there are several 
implementations, but no two are complete, but each feature is covered by at 
least two of them ... that suffices.

Typically, a test suite that covers each feature at least at the basic 
level of detail is the tool used to demonstrate two interoperable 
implementations of each feature.
