about today's agenda

If the agenda is a master "todo" list, and not just for this meeting 
(clearly not!), here are a couple other suggestions:

-- affirm that we are NOT going to propose anything for XML 2005 (deadline 
Friday).

-- discuss/plan what's next for tests?
     * do we want any sort of review/acceptance process?
      * e.g., review assignments?
      * or, just start using 'em to debug 'em?
