QUESTION: namespaceURI and ATTR node?

QUESTION:  Is WebCGMNode.namespaceURI attribute meaningful for nodes of 
type ATTR?

Discussion:  The description in 5.7.4 says it applies only to 
XML_METADATA_NODE.  However, the description of WebCGMNode.prefix and 
WebCGMNode.localName says they apply to XML_METADATA_NODE and ATTR_NODE.

Recommendation:  It looks like a typo.  Clearly, if the other two 
namespace-related attributes apply to ATTR_NODE, then the namespaceURI 
should (must).
