ACTION: Interface examples

On Oct 7, Lofton uploaded an editors draft to 2nd CD. (See

 In that document at 5.7.5 Lofton included the example for the
WebCGMPicture Interface supplied by Benoit. (See attachements)

That leaves the rest of the interface examples to be assigned and
supplied.  I've tried to align the assignments to related test suite
tests people did.  The examples don't have to be extensive.  They are
included to give script writers guidance for development.
