For this one I think that we should add a method to either 5.7.4 (Node)
or
5.7.6 (WebCGMAppStructure).  Something along the lines of
getAppStructureExtents(); It would return the bounding rectangle of the
APS.  Do we want to be returned as a rectangle in the same form that
would be used in region defined in 3.2.2.1?  Or do we want to return an
array two pairs of numbers?
We should also consider what units the numbers should be in and if
numerical precision or float/fixed/int changes the results.
