 Dieter,

We have agreed that we need a F2F meeting in this time frame.
Everything hinges on getting a CD done for WebCGM 2.1.  Members have
expressed support for attending this meeting.  A ballot will appear
shortly in Kavi to indicate participation in the meeting.  There will be
plenty of work to do on WebCGM 2.1 in preparation for publication.

I am not sure what the status of this meeting is.

Questions:
- will it happen in Needham on May 28-30 now?
- what is the rationale for this meeting to help people justify travel
costs?
- who will participate, i.e. how many people do we expect?

I would like to start preparations for this meeting asap.

During the abbreviated telecon today of 06 Feb 08, we (4 of us) thought
we would support Dieter's proposal (1) of meeting in Needham, MA May
28-30.

This is a little late on our timeline, but we think that it could work
with our overall schedule.
