Hello all,

Here are my suggested edits.  We will need to clean up the code that 
I submitted earlier and put it in an new appendix F.

Chapter 1 - no changes
Chapter 2

In 2.7.

After the 2nd paragraph add:

There is no mechanism to load the entire DOM tree by use of a "*" and
there is no built in functionality to retrieve nodes based on the
results of a regular expression applied to an attribute.  An example on
how to do this is described in Appendix F.

Chapter 3-8 - no changes
