About the 2.1 draft

Unzip it into a directory and open webcgm-v2.1-index.html.  Look in 
Appendices, at the Change Log section, to see what has been done.

I have incorporated every drafting assignment that I have received, except 
for Don's g-zip.  (Out of time for today, I'll do it this weekend.)
