Hello,

We talked with the Room Managers at the hotel. Right now, rooms are available for the four nights that we are looking for and we blocked them.
They agreed to hold the room for a while without a credit card number. But they need the credit card information and the arrival and departure date of each as soon as possible.

PTC rate $118 per night plus 9.7% tax

We gave the list of participants to the hotel, however, you will have to make reservations yourself. Please do so quickly, because rooms will fill up quickly around that date.

Transportation to/from the airport is best accomodated using a cab (~$55 one way).
