Forrest (& all test writers) --

It is very likely that test writers are going to run into

-- spec ambiguities 
-- outright errors
-- desirable changes

as they work through their test-writing assignments.  (E.g., Benoit
came up with createWebCGMMatrix() idea in writing his setView
tests.)

Please feed these to the TC (this list) as you find them.
