I have attached a modified version of the rotation test which I believe to be correct and works correctly in our implementation.

 

I have changed the values for rx and ry to be NVDCS

 

rx = (0-1710)/(9392+5717) * 100 = -11.3, and

ry = (0-9064)/(14736-3061) * 100 = -77.6

 

In the second test, I also changed the rotation angle from 90 degree to 270 degree to match the reference image.

A value of 90 degrees would rotate the image counter clock wise, the reference image shows the object rotated clock wise.
