getObjectExtent and getObjectExtentTransformed updated

Hello all,

I have updated these two tests.  I do not have a viewer that supports
getting the
extents so I am unable to do a complete test.  Here is a summary of what
I changed:

getObjectExtent.htm
fixed errors and warnings found at http://validator.w3c.org
added actual values instead of ## ## ## ## as expected results.

getObjectExtent.cgm
added a ScaleMode tag

getObjectExtent.png
fixed what appeared to be a corrupt binary.

getObjectExtentTransformed.htm
fixed errors and warnings found at http://validator.w3c.org
added actual values instead of ## ## ## ## as expected results.

getObjectExtent.cgm
added a ScaleMode tag
